Question 1

How does the ordering process work?

Accepted Answer

We start with a free brand consultation to understand your goals and audience. Then we present a curated product proposal with your logo virtually applied. After you approve a digital proof, we manage production and ship directly to you. You get branded merchandise without the hassle of managing multiple vendors.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantities vary by product and supplier, but most custom branded products start at 12–24 units. We work with clients on orders of all sizes and can build annual programs that consolidate orders for better pricing and brand consistency.

Question 3

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard production time is 10–15 business days after proof approval, depending on the product and supplier. We work with your timeline during the consultation to ensure your order arrives when you need it. We always build in a buffer to protect your deadline.

Question 4

Can I see my logo on the product before it's produced?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We provide a digital proof with your logo applied to the product before any production begins. You review and approve every detail — colors, placement, size, and text — before we place the order. Nothing goes into production without your written approval.

Question 5

Do you work with businesses outside of Arizona?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While we're based in Glendale, Arizona and serve the Phoenix Metro area, we work with clients nationwide. We can ship orders anywhere in the United States.

Question 6

What file format do you need for my logo?

Accepted Answer

Vector files work best — EPS or SVG. We also accept high-resolution PNG or PDF files. If you only have a JPG or a low-resolution file, contact us — we have partners who can create a proper vector version of your logo.

Question 7

Do you offer volume discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most promotional products are priced on a tiered scale — the more units you order, the lower the per-unit cost. During your consultation we'll walk you through pricing at different quantity levels so you can make the best decision for your budget.

Question 8

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

100% of the invoice balance is required upfront to start the order process. Once payment is received, we will provide a proof for your review and approval within 72 hours. Rest assured, we will not print or produce anything until we have your written or verbal approval of the proofs provided. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and business checks. Invoices are processed through QuickBooks.

Question 9

Can you help me choose products if I don't know what I want?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what we're here for. Our consultation process is designed to help you identify the right products based on your goals, your audience, and your budget — not just hand you a catalog. Book a free consultation and we'll come prepared with specific recommendations for your industry.

Question 10

What industries do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

We serve law firms, healthcare organizations, construction companies, real estate teams, corporate HR and marketing departments, fitness studios, restaurants, automotive dealers, nonprofits, schools, and sports organizations. If your business has a brand, we can help you promote it.
